Development of on-board diagnostics

Remy consultants can develop the on-board diagnostics for embedding into your equipment. This can include developing the diagnostic model as well as a runtime interface or just the model and you can use the API to develop your own user interface.

Design for supportability analysis

Remy can use iTech to assist you during the design phase of a product or system to analyze your system design for supportability estimating the following:
 - MTTD (Mean-Time-To-Diagnose)
 - MTTR (Mean-Time-To-Repair)
 - Ambiguity groups (remaining untestable items)
 - Min, Ave, Max of the above
This will help you identify where to add either BIT (error codes) or manual test-points to improve your design for testability. Also issues like time-to-repair/replace can be estimated and the design improved for quicker easier repair.

By building an iTech model, Remy can assist you in doing FMECA analyses of your system to help identify critical components which can then be considered for redundancy.
For each component failure the system can show/predict which functions will fail.

This can include developing the diagnostic model as well as a runtime interface or just the model and you can use the API to develop your own user interface. These troubleshooting solutions can interface with your equipment, run over the internet or on a standalone PC.
